AI Innovation LabTerms of Service
The rules of the road for using Lifosys technologies. These terms apply to all our SaaS products and educational services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website lifosys.com, our software products, or our educational services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Lifosys cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3. Product Specific Terms
Depending on which Lifosys services you use, additional terms apply:
Medical Disclaimer: Oxzygen is a workflow optimization tool, not a diagnostic device. Healthcare providers are solely responsible for all medical decisions. Lifosys is not liable for errors in clinical judgment.
Transcription Accuracy: While our AI models have high accuracy, you acknowledge that automated transcription may contain errors. All clinical notes must be reviewed and verified by a human professional before finalizing.
User Content: You are solely responsible for the legality of files uploaded. While we provide encryption, you must not store illegal content or content that violates HIPAA regulations outside of the designated PHI zones.
AI Generation: Summaries generated by AI are suggestions only. The attending physician bears full responsibility for the final discharge summary content and its medical accuracy.
Platform Policies: Users must comply with WhatsApp Business Policies. Using Whazzle for spam, unsolicited marketing, or harassment will result in immediate termination of service to protect our API standing.
Logistics Liability: Lifosys provides the software to track inventory and shipments but is not a logistics carrier. We are not liable for physical goods lost, damaged, or delayed by third-party delivery partners.
Academic Integrity: Code submissions must be your own work. Sharing login credentials or distributing course materials outside the platform is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke certifications if plagiarism is detected.
4. Fees & Payment
For paid services (Enterprise Licenses or Paid Courses):
- Enterprise SaaS: Payment terms are governed by your specific Master Services Agreement (MSA).
- Subscriptions: SaaS subscriptions (e.g., Whazzle, Summaryz) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months of SaaS usage. Course refunds are available only within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of content is viewed.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lifosys and its licensors.
Your Data:
You retain all rights to any patient data, files, or inventory logs you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- • Reverse engineer any Lifosys software.
- • Use the service for illegal purposes.
- • Upload viruses or malicious code.
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers.
- • Scrape data using automated bots.
- • Violate HIPAA/GDPR regulations using our tools.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
